The location was mind-blowing, super central! The room was surprisingly quiet and the door code made it so convenient to come and go. The lobby had a cool tablet for research and hot water for tea.

It gave a very bad impression as the entrance lobby was very dirty and the door to the toilet was open facing the entrance door. The restaurant floor was dirty also. The room seemed reasonably clean. It was not comfortable and had an ugly view of backs of buildings from our window. The Hotel was right on the road so was noisy as well as noise up to midnight above our room. Moving heavy furniture perhaps.

Bathroom too small. No lift to reach the third floor with baggage

I absolutely loved the decoration of this hotel. It had a charming and cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, which is important for senior people like myself. Additionally, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with easy navigation throughout the premises for someone with mobility concerns.
The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better for senior people is for the children working there to provide a bit more assistance and support.

The owners were SO helpful - they let us leave our baggage there whilst we wandered around Le Havre; suggested a really good seafood restaurant on the beach, and offered to call us a taxi when returning to the port. They were really friendly. Breakfast was great and the other staff also very nice.
